Voyage Registry LLC provides these Terms of Use to you as a user of VoyageRegistry.com. By using or registering to become a client with VoyageRegistry.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers set forth below.

Fees for using VoyageRegistry.com

There is no sign up fee.  We charge a service fee of 7.5% per gift donation to your registry.   When we send you a check the 7.5% service fee will have already been deducted from each separate donation to your registry.

The gift recipient can choose to buy invitation cards to notify family and friends about their registry.  Thank you cards are also available for the gift recipient.  The cost to have us mail the cards for you is included in the price of the cards.  The cards are sold in sets of 5,10,20,50,100 and 500.  Family and friends can print a gift certificate to present to the gift recipient for free!

Ability to Change, Modify Terms of Use, and Discontinue Voyage Registry.com

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice to you.  These changes will be effective only when they are posted to the Terms of Use section of VoyageRegistry.com.

Registration and Termination of Membership

Clients attest that all information provided in the registration process is accurate and true. As a registered client, you are responsible for protecting your password.  VoyageRegistry.com does not collect personal information from children under the age of 16.  Voyage Registry LLC, may at any time, and at its sole discretion, terminate the Client’s membership without prior notice.

Client Content

All information, messages, and any other material posted on VoyageRegistry.com by Clients is the sole responsibility of that Client from which the information originated. VoyageRegistry.com, reserves the right to monitor any and all information transmitted or received through VoyageRegistry.com, at any time. VoyageRegistry.com, at its sole discretion and without further notice to the Client may remove or prohibit Client Content that VoyageRegistry.com deems inappropriate.

Balance Payment

A bank check will only be mailed in the name and to the address of the original account holder.

Closing Your Registry

Account At any time, you may close your account and receive the remainder of your balance.  When you are ready to close out your account, please provide your name and address in an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

No Service Resale

Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations

You acknowledge that although VoyageRegistry.com may provide you with the opportunity to support charitable and/or other non-profit organizations through the use of our services, you understand that Voyage Registry LLC, which represents VoyageRegistry.com, is a privately owned company. You further acknowledge that VoyageRegistry.com is not responsible for the transactions you may conduct with the charitable/non-profit organizations as a result of your use of the VoyageRegistry.com services. VoyageRegistry.com is not responsible for monitoring, confirming, or reviewing the conduct, status, representations, or other actions or omissions of the charitable/non-profit organizations.

Taxation Consequences

The Client acknowledges that VoyageRegistry.com makes no claims or promises regarding any and all tax obligations or consequences that may result from your activities as a Client of VoyageRegistry.com, and the Client’s use of the services provided by VoyageRegistry.com. Furthermore, the Client agrees that VoyageRegistry.com has no obligation to maintain records or provide you with documentation of your transactions with charitable/non-profit organizations for tax reporting purposes.

Claims Relating to Terms of Use

If any provision in this Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be enforced to the furthest extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Alabama (except with respect to choice of law), as if the Terms of Use were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed in Jefferson County, Alabama.
