 | VoyageRegistry.com gives individuals or groups the opportunity to register for the timeless gift of travel. We are very similar to a traditional gift registry. Instead of picking out items for your kitchen or toolbox, you are choosing to have family and friends help with your travel expenditures. We are not a travel agency. We do provide links on our travel resources page to premier travel related websites to assist you in planning or booking your trip. |
| How do I set up my VoyageRegistry Account? |
| First you will plan and book your trip on your own or using our travel resources page.
Once you have a dollar amount for your trip you can sign up for a free registry account. Your registry account will be approved within 24hrs of your registration. Once your registration is approved, you can create your travel registry page with detailed information about your trip.

| How much does this registry service cost? |
| There are no setup fees to register with VoyageRegistry.com. Each gift donation will reflect our 7.5% service fee. This fee is subtracted from each separate gift donation. This service fee enables us to run the website and process credit card orders. Most importantly it keeps this registry service free for the gift recipient Ō this is their special occasion after all! Our service fee also eliminates other typical gift costs like gift-wrap and shipping. This registry saves family and friendsĖ time and gas with the ability to purchase a desired gift from the comfort of their home or office! |
| How do I edit my travel page if I get the message "Page is not available for editing"? |
| Your travel page could lock-up if you do not close it properly by clicking on the Save or Cancel options. If your page locks up, use the "Unlock My Page" link from the user menu. |
| How will I plan my travel arrangements? |
| VoyageRegistry.com is not a travel agency. You decide how, when and where to arrange your travel. We donĖt require you to book your trip with any particular travel agency or airline. We do provide links on our travel resources page to premier travel related websites to assist you in planning or booking your trip. VoyageRegistry.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of any third-party site accessed through this site. |
| How can I notify my guests about my registry? |
| VoyageRegistry.com provides an email invitation free of charge for quick notification. We also provide note cards and mailing services for clients who prefer a more traditional approach to notifying family and friends about their registry. Please click on the links above to view your options.

| How do I contribute to the registry? |
| Once the registry is located, look to see if that individual, couple or group has registered for specific costs (airline, rental car, lodging, dinner, or activities) and/or a trip total. Once you decide how much to contribute, click on the Give a Gift Button. This will direct you to PayPal. Fill in the name of the gift recipient and the amount you wish to give. Click continue to finish the checkout process. A Gift Certificate is available to print off and present to the gift recipient. |
| How do I find my family/friends registry? |
| Click the Travel Registeries link on the main menu. This will take you to the Travel Registry page. This page lists all active registries. If you do not see the name of your gift recipient listed here it means their registry is not active and you should not click the Give a Gift button. |
| Is my personal/credit card information secure? |
| We do not share or sell any information given by our clients or their friends and family. All information is stored in a database only for the purposes of facilitating the registry experience. No credit card information is stored on our website. VoyageRegistry.com uses the PayPal Standard secure payment processing software. Once you decide to purchase greeting cards or give a gift you are directed to the PayPal website where all credit card information is stored.

| Where does the money go once a donation is made? |
| The gift amount donated is held by Paypal and then transferred into a holding account at Compass Bank. The balances in the account are used only for gift giver deposits and recipient withdrawal requests. |
| Will I receive a receipt once I donate to a trip or purchase a gift card? |
| PayPal will send you a confirmation email once a donation/purchase is verified and accepted. |
| How will I know I have received a gift? |
| A spreadsheet report will be sent to the traveler biweekly with updates on their gift givers and gift totals. Once you have this information you can login and update your travel registry page. |
| How will I collect my gift amount? |
| Your check will be sent within the 7 business days before your departure date so that it arrives (at the mailing address you specified when you registered with us) just prior to your trip. No donations will be accepted after midnight CST 8 days before your departure date. |
| How long will each registry remain active? |
| Family and friends can contribute beginning the first day you create your registry. Your registry will remain active up until midnight CST 8 days before your departure date. |
| What happens if my trip is postponed or cancelled? |
| If your trip is postponed or cancelled, please email us at Support@VoyageRegistry.com. We will reverse the charges from each gift donation at no cost to you. If cash payments have already been mailed to you, it is up to you to return the gifts to your family and friends. |
| Does VoyageRegistry.com sell my personal information? |
| No. All information is confidential. VoyageRegistry.com does not store any credit card information on our website. All financial information is submitted to PayPal. |
